If you desire to make a non-taxable present or testamentary gift to
The Other Bar Inc. (or to its primary fundraising arm, The Other Bar
Foundation) there are a variety of vehicles available to you to achieve
your wishes. For the vehicle best suited for you based on your individual
circumstances, you should seek competent advice from a lawyer, accountant
or other professional skilled in estate and gift matters. If you wish
general information, our fundraising consultant suggests two possible
sources. One is The Northern California Planned Giving Council at
